SHIFT Cabin product terms

These terms apply to the SHIFT Cabin architectural design package sold by ARCH-S Design Studio OÜ.

What the purchase includes

The buyer receives a 15-sheet architectural drawing set in PDF format and the corresponding editable DWG drawings.

Technical scope

SHIFT is an architectural design starting point. The package is not a permit, structural calculation, fabrication package or approval for a specific property. Foundation information is design intent. Ground conditions, structure, energy, utilities, glazing and local code requirements require location-specific review.

Two ways to continue

ARCH-S can help adapt SHIFT to the buyer's land and coordinate the technical work needed for local approvals under a separate agreement. The buyer may also provide the editable drawings to their own architect, engineer or contractor for review and pricing.

License

Purchase grants one buyer a non-transferable license to use the package for one project. The files may be shared with professionals working on that project. Redistribution, resale and public publication are not permitted.
